将经胃镜确诊为活动性十二指肠球溃疡(60例)和胃溃疡(11例)71例,随机分成两组门诊治疗.分别服用国产盐酸哌吡(艹卓)酮(PRZ,50mg/tid)及甲氰咪胍(200mg/qid),6周后复查胃镜.PRZ 组与甲氰咪胍组溃疡愈合率分别为69.5%和50%.PRZ 对消化性溃疡近期疗效好,副作用轻微,且可逆.
71 cases of active duodenal ulcer (60 cases) and gastric ulcer (11 cases) diagnosed by gastroscope were randomly divided into two groups.All the patients were treated with PRZ (50 mg / tid) and cimetidine (200mg / qid) .After 6 weeks, gastroscopy was performed.PRU group and cimetidine group were 69.5% and 50% respectively.PRZ had short-term curative effect on peptic ulcer with mild side effects, And reversible.
