2012年12月份,北京市生猪和肉鸡出栏量同比减少,鸡蛋产量同比小幅增加。批发市场蔬菜、猪肉、鸡蛋等农产品供应充足,其他主要农产品供应稳定。蔬菜、鸡蛋价格较2011年同期大幅上涨,猪肉价格快速上涨,接近2011年同期,蔬菜、牛羊肉价格涨幅超过预警指标。从市场情况看:价格方面,进入12月份,尤其是12月12-14日北京市及河北、山东等地连续出现降雪降温天气,给主要农产品生产和运输带来严重影响,再加上元旦春节临近,北京市肉蛋消费也相应进入旺季,需求增加引致蔬菜、猪肉、鸡蛋价格持续攀升,环比涨幅分别为31.6%、11.8%和4.1%。牛羊肉价格持续高位运行。淡水鱼价格小幅回升。上市量方面,蔬菜和猪肉批发市场上市量环比分别增加5.0%、9.4%,同比分别增加2.7%、5.9%,鸡蛋上市量环比减少3.2%,同比减少0.1%。牛羊肉和淡水鱼批发市场上市量基本稳定。后市趋势分析:在蔬菜生产供应总体充足的情况下,预计后期蔬菜价格将呈稳中有升的走势,在春节前后达到价格最高点;2013年1月份猪肉价格仍将继续上行,2、3月份开始回落;鸡蛋价格1月份仍将强势,牛羊肉价格短期涨幅趋缓。
