建市[2017]101号各省、自治区住房城乡建设厅,直辖市建委,北京市规划国土委,新疆生产建设兵团建设局,各试点企业:为贯彻落实《国务院办公厅关于促进建筑业持续健康发展的意见》(国办发[2017]19号),培育全过程工程咨询,经研究,决定选择部分地区和企业开展全过程工程咨询试点,现就有关事项通知如下:
