例1,男,20岁,农民;因双眼视力逐渐下降至视物不见6个月,于1990年4月6日就诊。曾在外院拟诊“双眼视神经萎缩”,经药物治疗无效。患者发病前半年每晚低热,时有恶梦、盗汗、耳鸣,双腿抽搐两次。父母非近亲结婚。体检:全身检查未见异常,血常规、胸透心肺正常,蝶鞍X线摄片未见异常。耳鼻喉科检查听力正常。眼部检查:视力右0.03(3.5)、左0.04(3.6),双外眼(一),屈光间质透明。眼底:双视
