随着我国经济的发展和综合国力的提升,国家和家长对下一代的培养和教育质量的要求也不断提高。这就为逐步开展职业教育小班化教育提供了各方面的基础。目前是我国逐步开展小班化教育的最佳契机,我们也应清醒地正视我国小班化教育所存在的困难,比如教育设施的落后和软件的不到位,师资力量的严重的不足,尤其是在农村地区,师资水平的失衡也制约了小班化教育的发展,而且国家不可能一下子解决,育龄儿童家长的经济收入状况的不平衡,也同样制约了小班化教育的普及发展,这就需要我们寻找和摸索出一条符合我国教育发展的路子。
