春成溪水先生,日本老一辈著名赏石家,著述颇丰,多年来,在日本《爱石之友》等赏石杂志上翻译发表了100多篇介绍或关于中国赏石文化的文章,也在中国的《宝藏》、《石道》和《环球赏石盆景》等杂志上发表了大量的介绍日本赏石的专业文章。春成溪水先生,是有口皆碑的中日赏石文化交流的使者,被誉为“名符其实的日中赏石文化交流的一座大桥”。春成溪水先生今年高寿已届九十,经年如日,笔耕不辍,不仅一如既往地关注和推动着中日两国赏石文化的交流与发展,而且至今坚持将中国优秀的赏石书刊译成日文介绍给关心中国赏石文化的日本石友。自去年底《石道》停刊后,“半年间我不能接到中国的消息”(春成溪水语——编者注),后设法与中国观赏石协会取得联系,辗转获得《宝藏》杂志。没想到今年9月中旬,中国观赏石协会寿嘉华会长收到了春成溪水寄来的信函和提前出版的日本10月号《爱石》杂志,其中刊发了春成溪水先生撰写的一篇题名为“极优秀的中国杂志《宝藏》”的短文,并译成中文一同寄来:更出乎意料的是,函件中竟还有一本春成溪水先生手书译成日文的今年第六期《宝藏》杂志复印件,端庄清秀的汉字硬笔书法令人感动。寿会长立即批转本刊编辑郑重回应。编辑发现,译本中一些涉及古籍典故的章节词句,春成溪水先生为了能让日本石友了解来龙去脉,还附加了许多典源出处的相关资料,而其它内容包括图片文字说明的翻译一丝不苟自不待言。春成溪水先生对赏石文化的崇敬、严谨治学的态度以及高度的责任心,再次震撼了编辑们自以为坚强的心灵。春成溪水老前辈对赏石文化事业、中国观赏石协会和《宝藏》杂志的关注、重视、支持与高度评价,是我们不断努力的动力。为此,请允许编者代表中国石友对春成溪水老致以崇高的敬意,并敬祝您老身体康泰,寿若水石。
