目的对护理管理在职业健康体检中的应用效果进行分析和评价。方法选取600例在我院进行职业健康体检的志愿者作为本次研究对象,根据随机双盲原则使用抽签法将志愿者分为观察组和对照组两组,给予两组志愿者相同的常规护理,在此基础上再给予观察组志愿者护理管理,比较两组志愿者体检情况。结果相较于对照组,观察组志愿者满意度更高(96.00%vs74.33%,P<0.05)、不良事件总发生率更低(5.33%vs23.00%,P<0.05);此外,观察组护理人员考核评分显著高于对照组护理人员(P<0.05)。结论护理管理可有效提高职业健康体检质量和效率,有利于体检者满意度的提升、不良事件发生率的降低,推荐使用。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the effect of nursing management in occupational health examination. Methods Six hundred volunteers who took occupational health examination in our hospital were selected as the subjects of this study. According to the randomized double-blind principle, the volunteers were divided into observation group and control group according to randomized double-blind principle, and the same routine nursing , On the basis of which volunteer observation group volunteers were given nursing management and the physical examination of the two groups was compared. Results Compared with the control group, the volunteers in the observation group were more satisfied (96.00% vs74.33%, P <0.05) and the incidence of adverse events was lower (5.33% vs23.00%, P <0.05) The score of nursing staff in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the nursing staff in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Nursing management can effectively improve the quality and efficiency of occupational health examination, is conducive to the satisfaction of the physical examination to enhance the incidence of adverse events reduced, recommended.
