患者,男,48岁,修理工.于1979年11月30日上午用铁锤敲击机器上一齿轮,自觉有铁屑击中眼部.当即感到右眼疼痛来就诊.视力右0.3、左1.2.右眼角膜6点处见有2mm长的横行伤口,深达角膜全层.前房正常,无积血,虹膜纹理清楚.瞳孔3mm,对光反射存在.右眼新福林散瞳后见晶状体透明,眼底视乳头境界清楚,黄斑区轻度水肿,中心反射存在.左眼前节及眼后极均正常.既往无外伤史.右眼眶正位及右眼眶侧位摄片,未见异物.入院诊
