对一浴池钢质储罐淡水介质中热交换设备的腐蚀进行了分析,并实施了外加电流阴极保护。经阴极保护后,水质清澈,热交换设备保护电位稳定,而且表面覆盖了一层白色钙镁盐沉积物。结果表明,本设计合理,防护效果较好。
The corrosion of the heat exchange equipment in the freshwater medium of a bath steel storage tank was analyzed and an impressed current cathodic protection was implemented. After cathodic protection, the water quality is clear, the heat exchange equipment is protected by a stable potential, and the surface is covered with a layer of white calcium magnesium salt deposits. The results show that the design is reasonable, the protective effect is better.
