越南北部和平城的解放,是越南人民对法国侵略者作战的一次重大的胜利。这次胜利摧毁了法国侵略者在越北的作战计划,使法国侵略者陷入更困难更危险的境地,并且严重地打击了帝国主义集团侵略东南亚和从南方进犯中国的阴谋。目前整个越南战场的重心是在北部。在这个地区集中了法国侵略军一半以上的部队。
The liberation of the peace city in northern Vietnam is a major victory for the Vietnamese people in their fight against the French aggressors.
