从合理配置卫生资源、提高资源利用效率角度来看,进行医疗机构产权制度改革是卫生改革的必然趋势,也是卫生改革的难点。笔者就医疗机构改革的益处、存在的问题、应注意的几个问题进行剖析和阐述。
