随着越来越多上市公司限售股解禁期限的临近以及越来越多上市公司限售股的解禁,有越来越多的上市公司高管步入到辞职的行业。统计数据显示,A股市场去年总共发布了1264个高管离职公告,与前年同期的752个相比,大幅增长了68.09%。这种辞职潮在今年仍然得以延续。截至2月8日,沪深两市总共有101家上市公司出现管理层辞职的现象,包括董监高在内,总共有110位辞职。对于企业来说,高管辞职不可避免。但像A股市场这样出现高管辞职潮,就难言正常了。毕竟高管在企业里都要承担一定的工作与责任,很多高管都是企业的骨干力量。高管辞职无疑是企业的一大损失,如果有多位高管辞职,则势必影响到企业未来发展。
