在2016年全国宣传部长会议上,中共中央政治局委员、中央书记处书记、中宣部部长刘奇葆在发表重要讲话时强调,要深入研究并稳妥推进新闻版权保护。目前,国务院有关部门正就《著作权法》第三次修改草案进行全面修订并上报审议。在党中央、国务院高度重视版权保护的这一大背景下,媒体版权保护将成为传统媒体的重要工作。《中国记者》2014年第11期、2016年第1期分别刊发了有关媒体版权保护的专题文章。本期刊发中国记协“新舆论格局背景下新闻界的版权保护”课题报告部分内容,就媒体版权保护的现状、问题、原因与对策继续进行深入探究,欢迎媒体同仁参与讨论。
