世界上的一切,尽管其复杂多变,但只要有人做具体的工作的人,以真诚的爱心执著的去做,事物总是朝着人们愿望发展和转变的。转化“后进生”也一样需要真诚的爱心和执著的努力。我认为应从以下几个方面做:
