初中英语教学中容易呈现学生学习情况的两极分化现象。我们应依据学生的差别性停止分层教学,因材施教。为了维护局部学生的自尊心和自自信心,调动他们的学习积极性,我能够采用隐性分层教学的办法,也就是在同一班级中停止教学目的、教学内容、教学活动和教学任务的分层,使不同层次的学生在协作学习中体验胜利,发挥潜能,取得最大限度的开展。
Junior high school English teaching is easy to show the phenomenon of polarization of students. We should stop teaching in different levels according to students’ differences and teach students according to their aptitude. In order to maintain the self-esteem and self-confidence of local students and to arouse their enthusiasm for learning, I can adopt the method of recessive and hierarchical teaching, that is, to stop the teaching purpose, teaching content, teaching activities and teaching tasks in the same class, So that students at different levels in the collaborative learning experience the victory, to develop their potential and achieved the maximum.
