本文在对混凝土的各种搅拌工艺研究的基础上提出了适合我国国情的裹砂石法新工艺,采用该法可利用现有条件(不增添设备,不延长搅拌时间)提高混凝土强度10~20%并相应改善其它物理力学性能,或节约水泥5~10%,或缩短养护期20~40%。在生产应用中己取得显著的技术经济效益。若在国内普遍推广此法,每年约可节约近200万吨水泥。本文还对造壳混凝土的增强机理提出了断裂力学、孔结构理论和界面理论的解释,并给出了实验依据。
Based on the research of various mixing technologies for concrete, this paper proposes a new sand-entrapping process that is suitable for China’s national conditions. This method can improve the strength of concrete by using the existing conditions (without adding equipment and without increasing the mixing time). % and correspondingly improve other physical and mechanical properties, or save 5 to 10% of cement, or shorten the maintenance period of 20 to 40%. Significant technical and economic benefits have been achieved in production applications. If the law is widely promoted in China, approximately 2 million tons of cement can be saved annually. This paper also proposes the fracture mechanics, pore structure theory and interface theory of the reinforcement mechanism of shell-forming concrete, and gives the experimental basis.
