目的:研究丹皮酚对戊四氮点燃的SD大鼠癫痫模型的影响。方法:以戊四氮点燃的SD大鼠为癫痫模型,研究丹皮酚对模型动物的行为学和癫痫大鼠脑组织内SOD、MDA、NO、NOS的影响,并对实验动物大脑海马部位进行组织切片观察。结果:给药组与模型组的SD大鼠的行为学特征有所不同,给药组动物较模型组动物脑内的SOD、NOS活性上升,NO、MDA含量下降,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。给药组动物海马部位切片观察未见显著神经元丢失。结论:丹皮酚对戊四氮点燃SD大鼠动物模型的具有抗癫痫作用。
Objective: To study the effect of paeonol on pentylenetetrazole-induced epilepsy in SD rats. Methods: The pentylenetetrazole-ignited Sprague-Dawley rats were used as the epilepsy model to study the effect of paeonol on the behavior of model animals and the changes of SOD, MDA, NO and NOS in the brain of epileptic rats. The hippocampus of the experimental animals Tissue section observation. Results: The behavioral characteristics of the SD rats in the treated group and the model group were different. Compared with the untreated group, the activities of SOD and NOS in the treated group increased and the contents of NO and MDA decreased, the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). There was no significant neuron loss in the hippocampal slices of the treated animals. Conclusion: Paeonol has anti-epileptic effects on pentylenetetrazole-induced SD rat model.
