1997年10月,上海石化股份公司召开基层建设经验交流总结表彰会。会议由许开程副书记主持,公司副董事长吴亦新作重要讲话,副总经理戎光道作公司基层建设工作报告。会议表彰了1996年度“优秀车间”21个,“优秀班组”98个,971次岗检“优胜单位”5个,1996年度“基层单位建设达标单位”54个。有10个单位进行了基层建设经验交流,本刊特刊登戎光道副总经理的工作报告,并将基层单位交流材料在《基层建设》栏目分2期刊出。
In October 1997, Shanghai Petrochemical Co., Ltd. held a grass-roots construction experience exchange commendation meeting. The meeting was presided over by Xu Kai, deputy secretary of the company, Wu Yixin, vice chairman of the company as an important speech, Rong Guang Road, deputy general manager for the grassroots-building work report. The conference commended 1996 “Outstanding Workshop” 21, “Outstanding Team” 98, 971 post inspections “Winners” 5, 1996 “54 grassroots units”. There are 10 units for the exchange of grassroots construction experience, this issue of special publication of Rong Guang Road, deputy general manager of the work report, and the grass-roots units of communication materials in the “grassroots construction” section published in two.
