采用金相显微镜、扫描电镜、X射线以及性能测试等方法,对精密喷射成形HM1热锻模具的显微组织和力学性能进行了研究,并与铸态模具进行比较。结果表明,采用精密喷射成形可获得表面质量良好、轮廓清晰的HM1热锻模具,所制得的模具平均致密度达99.5%;喷射态晶粒尺寸平均约为15μm,晶粒得到了明显细化;在520℃经2h回火处理后,喷射态硬度达HRC54,而铸态仅为HRC49。压缩断口分析表明,铸态为脆性断裂与韧性断裂共存的混合型断裂,喷射态呈现典型的韧性断裂模式。
The microstructure and mechanical properties of precision injection molding HM1 hot forging die were investigated by metallographic microscope, scanning electron microscopy, X-ray and performance testing, and compared with the cast die. The results show that the HM1 hot forging die with good surface quality and clear outline can be obtained by precision jet forming. The average density of the obtained die is 99.5%. The average size of the as-sprayed die is about 15μm, and the grain size is obviously refined After tempering at 520 ℃ for 2h, the hardness of sprayed state reached HRC54, while the as-cast state was only HRC49. Compressive fracture analysis shows that the as-cast fracture is a mixture of brittle fracture and ductile fracture, and the jet shows a typical ductile fracture mode.
