为加快养老服务体系建设,应充分应用“互联网+”现代技术,通过商业模式创新,有效地对居民需求侧进行梳理,并与政府及市场的供给侧有机对接起来,更好地解决居民的医疗、养老、健康问题,成为“万众创新、大众创业”时代的战略选择。2015年1月29日,北京市第十四届人民代表大会第三次会议高票通过了全国首部居家养老地方法规——《北京市居家养老服务条例》,积极推进社区居家养老服务落地在基层。
