1997年10月28日,国务院正式批准实施《水利产业政策》。这是我国政府在基础设施领域颁布的第一项产业政策。这一政策的贯彻落实,对于促进整个水利事业的全面发展,必将产生极大的推动作用和极其深远的影响。全省水利系统各级各部门都应当充分认清水利产业政策的重大意义,认真学习、深刻领会其精神实质,紧密联系实际,抓紧贯彻落实,使水利在产业化的道路上阔步前进。
On October 28, 1997, the State Council formally approved the implementation of the “Water Industry Policy.” This is the first industrial policy promulgated by our government in the field of infrastructure. The implementation of this policy will surely have a great impetus and far-reaching impact on promoting the all-round development of the entire water conservancy project. All departments and departments at all levels of the province’s water conservancy system should fully recognize the great significance of water conservancy industry policies, conscientiously study and profoundly understand their spiritual essence, be closely linked to reality, pay close attention to their implementation, and make great strides forward in the industrialization of water conservancy.
