冲床过去一直采用机械油润滑,但效果不佳,润滑部位磨损严重或咬伤,且经常漏油。 基于冲床的转速低(500～700转/分)、冲击大、间隙要求不高(0.02毫米以上)、机床导轨垂直储油条件差的特点,采用二硫化钼润滑脂来润滑滚动及滑动部位(铜婆司、垂直导轨)是可行的。我厂将上海胶体化工厂生产的2~*二硫化钼锂基脂先后应用到10吨、25吨、35吨、40吨、50吨、80吨、100吨冲床的传动轴、曲轴、垂直导轨、飞轮等需要润滑的部位上,经过一年多的实践,效果良好。
