本工作系统地研究了不同含量的铈,对ZT3铸造Ti合金的机械性能和微观结构的影响,发现添加铈能有效地提高合金的热强性。其原因是Ce_2O_3质点的弥散强化、位错亚结构的稳定化、以及晶界的净化、强化等作用的结果。由于含铈ZT3合金具有良好的综合性能,已在航空发动机上获得生产应用。
This work systematically studied the different content of cerium on the mechanical properties and microstructure of ZT3 cast Ti alloy and found that adding cerium can effectively improve the thermal strength of the alloy. The reason is the dispersion of Ce 2 O 3 particles, the stabilization of dislocation substructure and the purification and strengthening of grain boundaries. As the cerium-containing alloy ZT3 with good overall performance, has been in the production of aero-engine applications.
