利用激光拉曼光谱(RMS)分析了不同类型的国产碳毡经石墨化处理前后的一级拉曼光谱特性,并与进口碳毡进行了对比分析。结果表明:国产黏胶基碳毡的拉曼峰相对尖锐,ID/IG比值较低,各肩峰的相对积分面积比值IA/IG、ID″/IG较小;经过1600℃高温处理后国产碳毡的拉曼峰明显分开,其中国产黏胶基碳毡的拉曼峰在处理前后变化不明显,ID/IG比值以及各肩峰的相对积分面积比值IA/IG、ID″/IG均无明显降低;经高温处理的国产黏胶基碳毡的拉曼峰与进口碳毡较为一致,IA/IG比值与进口碳毡接近,而且ID/IG比值比进口碳毡低,适当热处理可以使得国产黏胶基碳毡接近进口碳毡的石墨微晶结构。
