海南省今年将大力改善农村人居环境,全面启动农村风貌管控和引导,每个市县至少在一个镇进行农民建房报建试点。省住房城乡建设厅在该厅门户网站专门开设了“农村风貌设计管控”专栏,从村庄全貌到建筑单体,从高标准的单体别墅到简单适用的民居,提供了数十套可参考的设计方案和设计选型,供需要建房的农户免费下载使用。据了解,今年,海南省每个市县将完成不少于20个行政村的人居环境综合整治,至少打造1个特色风情小镇和10个美丽宜居村庄。
