①2008奥运会以后,国人对帆船这项运动有了更多的认识,中国民间帆船运动的现状如何?李全海民间帆船运动得到了快速的发展,表现在沿海俱乐部在快速增加,航海参与者队伍在不断扩大,政府和私人共同兴建专用港口和码头已经被认可,从富贵阶层到一般市民都出现了帆船(航海)发烧友、爱好者,学校帆船课程正在逐步被接受,私人造船和个人买船以及私人帆船之间的交流已经开始。民间出资参加国际航海交流活动将会是今后推动这项运动民间化、社会化的一个亮点。
