本实验以PMSG和hCG处理后黄体萎缩时期大鼠为实验材料研究黄体萎缩与细胞凋亡的关系。经电镜细胞超微结构分析发现黄体组织萎缩时大量黄体细胞发生凋亡,其染色质浓缩,边集,被膜包裹形成表面光滑的凋亡小体,而这一过程中细胞器却基本完整,这些凋亡小体可被邻近细胞所吞噬。以上均显示出细胞凋亡所具有的形态学特征,从而有力地证明了细胞凋亡参与了黄体组织萎缩,为深入了解黄体退化机制提供了依据。
In this study, we investigated the relationship between luteal atrophy and apoptosis in rats treated with PMSG and hCG after luteal atrophy. Ultrastructural analysis of the cells by electron microscopy found that a large number of corpus luteum cells atrophy occurred apoptosis, the chromatin condensation, edge sets, envelope formation of smooth surface apoptotic bodies, and this process is basically complete organelles, these withered Death bodies can be swallowed by neighboring cells. The above showed the morphological characteristics of apoptosis, which effectively proved that apoptosis involved in the corpus luteum tissue atrophy, to provide a basis for in-depth understanding of the mechanism of luteal degeneration.
