学校安全工作是事关社会稳定, 学生家庭幸福的大事。党中央、国务院非常重视学校的安全和管理工作。胡锦涛总书记、温家宝总理多次作出批示,要求各级政府和学校,从践行“三个代表”重要思想,维护广大人民群众的根本利益出发,以高度的政治责任感切实把学校安全工作做好。这就明确了学校安全工作是政治责任。
