河南省率先探索的“简化补贴程序,现场‘即买即兑’”的“家电下乡”模式,已经成为全国推广的样本。商务部有关数据显示:2009年以来,河南省‘家电下乡’步伐明显加快。今年1-4月,同比增幅全国第一,最高单日销售创全国第一,5月连续三周销量稳居全国第一,而且这种旺销势头仍在继续。走出去的补贴政策事实上,河南家电下乡成绩斐然的背后,主要得益于河南省委、省政府高度重视。
