体外试验表明GE具有明显抑制CVB_(3m)繁殖和保护病毒感染细胞的作用。体内试验表明GE对CVB_(3m)感染小鼠具有减缓死亡、延长存活时间、保护其不得心肌炎或减轻心肌炎病变的作用。提示GE在控制病毒感染中起重要作用。
In vitro tests showed that GE has a significant inhibitory effect on CVB_(3m) reproduction and protection of virus-infected cells. In vivo studies have shown that GE has the effect of slowing death, prolonging survival, protecting against myocarditis, or mitigating myocarditis lesions in mice infected with CVB_(3m). It suggests that GE plays an important role in controlling viral infections.
