为把我国建设成更好的社会主义国家,必须重视文化的作用,法律文化作为文化的特殊组成部分,其发展与完善对建设中国特色社会主义国家有不可或缺的作用。法律文化现代化是社会发展现代化的重要表现形式,是构建法治社会的前提和基础。要实现中国法律文化的现代化,要深化经济体制和政治体制改革,吸收借鉴我国优秀的传统法律文化,并完善法律法规和法学教育。
To build our country into a better socialist country, we must attach importance to the role of culture. As a special part of culture, legal culture has an indispensable role in its development and improvement in building a socialist country with Chinese characteristics. The modernization of law and culture is an important manifestation of the modernization of social development and the precondition and foundation for building a society ruled by law. To achieve the modernization of China’s legal culture, we must deepen the reform of the economic and political systems, absorb the excellent traditional legal culture in our country, and improve laws, regulations and legal education.
