高职教育机构主要是以职业技能培养为主要方向,教学观念与教师的素质将直接影响到高职教育的成果。近年来对高职院校的教学模式在不断的做出调整,配合现代化社会形式的发展进程,与此同时出现了双师型师资的建设,是现代高职院校发展的关键因素。对于新出现的双师型师资建设多数人还缺乏了解,本文就双师型师资建设的概念进行了详细的分析,同时做现阶段双师型师资建设的状态进行了分析,总结出其中存在的不足与改善措施,为加深对双师型师资建设的了解,提升高职院校双师建设的发展提供理论支持。
