目的用2种方法检测德国小蠊对杀虫剂的抗药性并进行比较,探讨强迫接触法用于德国小蠊抗药性检测的可行性。方法药膜法和强迫接触法。结果用药膜法测定德国小蠊对高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯、残杀威和敌敌畏的抗性系数分别是11.80、3.16、3.48和1.97;而用强迫接触法测定德国小蠊对上述4种药剂的抗性系数分别为12.95、4.23、3.84和2.26。将2种方法测得的抗性系数进行t检验(t=3.163,P=0.051>0.05),2组结果无显著性差异。结论强迫接触法用于德国小蠊抗性检测是可行的。
Objective To detect the resistance of Blattella germanica to insecticides by two methods and to compare the feasibility of forced contact method for the detection of resistance in Blattella germanica. Methods Membrane method and forced contact method. Results The drug resistance test of Blattella germanica to cypermethrin, deltamethrin, propoxur and dichlorvos was 11.80, 3.16, 3.48 and 1.97, respectively. The determination of the resistance of Blattella germanica to these four agents The resistance coefficients were 12.95, 4.23, 3.84 and 2.26, respectively. The resistance coefficients measured by the two methods were tested by t-test (t = 3.163, P = 0.051> 0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion It is feasible to use forced contact method to test the resistance of Blattella germanica.
