为了满足企业尤其是缺乏专业信息工作者的中小企业的商务信息需求,有必要建立一种完备的网络商务信息服务体系。本文在分析了网络商务信息服务体系的构建环境后,提出了面向用户的网络商务信息服务体系架构,并详细介绍了各个组成要素,最后对促进商务信息服务的发展提出了一些建议。
In order to meet the business information needs of SMEs, especially those lacking professional information workers, it is necessary to establish a complete network business information service system. After analyzing the construction environment of the network business information service system, this paper proposes a user-oriented network business information service architecture and details each component. Finally, some suggestions are put forward to promote the development of business information services.
