产业政策是一项重要的政策工具,在过去的20年间,有关产业政策的理论和实践模式都发生了重大变化。智利的经济成就常被归因于自由市场经济模式,但是通过对智利产业政策的回顾和研究,发现产业政策在产品多样化和鼓励非传统产品方面起到了重要作用,智利走出了一条务实主义的经济发展道路。尽管如此,由于多种因素的影响,智利产业政策的应用仍不充分,制约了传统优势产业向高科技产业的转型和发展。
Industrial policy is an important policy tool. Over the past two decades, major changes have taken place in the theory and practice of industrial policies. Chile’s economic achievements are often attributed to the free-market economy model. However, through the review and study of Chile’s industrial policies, it has been found that industrial policies play an important role in diversifying products and encouraging non-traditional products. Chile has come out of a pragmatic Economic development. Nevertheless, due to many factors, the application of industrial policy in Chile is still inadequate, restricting the transformation and development of traditional dominant industries to high-tech industries.
