江西省妇幼卫生合作项目县的工作,经年度审评,结果表明,项目工作取得了较好的成绩,也存在不少问题。少数项目县配套条件尚未到位;乡村妇幼保健队伍存在几个突出问题;适宜技术服务人群覆盖面小;部分县项目资料管理零乱。产生这些问题的原因是:项目县财力薄弱,而省、地支持甚少;领导部门思想认识有一定差异;基层妇幼保健人员素质与任务要求不相适应。今后应继续争取领导的重视和支持,在政策上有所突破;把握人才培训的关键;加快乡村保健网点建设;逐步推广适宜技术,分期实现项目目标;健全信息管理系统,提高科学决策水平。
The work of Jiangxi MCH cooperation county has been reviewed annually. The results show that the project has achieved good results and many problems exist. A few project counties have not yet reached the supporting conditions; there are several outstanding problems in the MCH teams in rural areas; the coverage of suitable technical service people is small; and some county project data management is in disorder. The reasons for these problems are as follows: the project counties have weak financial resources, but little provincial and local support; the leadership departments have some differences in their ideological understanding; the quality of basic health workers and maternal and child health workers do not meet the requirements. In the future, we should continue to strive for the leadership’s attention and support, and make breakthroughs in our policies. We should grasp the key points of personnel training, speed up the construction of rural health care outlets, gradually promote appropriate technologies and achieve the project objectives in phases. We will improve the information management system and improve the scientific decision-making level.
