本刊实行匿名评阅制度,所收稿件将匿名提交给二至三位学朮委员进行评审。编辑部捋在收到投稿后三个月内通知作者稿件录用情况。杂志设理论探讨、政府管理、社会治理、政策分析、国外动态、管理与技水、书评等栏目。为方便大家投稿,现捋投稿注意事项敬告如下:1.稿件以10,000字为宜,除海外学者外,稿件一般使用中文。海外学者可用英文投稿,稿件如被录用,在英文专辑中发表。优秀中文稿在征求作者意见的条件下,也可翻译或重写成英文,在英文专辑中发表。英文稿也可同样译成中文发表。稿件凊勿一稿两投。
