在中学植物教学中,提高演示实验和实验课效果,将能有效地激发学生兴趣,从而取得良好的教学效果。但我们经常遇到下列一些问题:①显微装片的种类较少并与课本不配套;②学生很难把现成装片中看到的局部高倍放大的物象与实物联系起来,因此他们更乐于观察顺手拈来的叶片、花瓣等;③初一学生制做临装片的能力较差,往往达不到实验目的。为了解决这些问题,我尽量在实验材料的选择上下功夫。通过这几年的试验,发现了几种较好的实验材料。现介绍如下。
