胸腺抑肽是从动物胸腺中提取的具有免疫抑制作用的多肽,国内报道较少。本文观察了猪胸腺抑肽对小鼠免疫功能的调节作用。1 材料和方法1.1 材料 猪胸腺抑肽由南京大学生物化学系金以丰教授制备,0.47mg/ml,分子量12000。BCG50mg/支,为卫生部上海生物制品研究所产品。1.2 动物 Balb/c,小鼠20只,8~12周龄,20g,雌性,江苏省实验动物中心提供。1.3 实验分组及处理 小鼠随机分为4组,每组5只,尾静脉注射胸腺抑肽0.1mg/d,分别连续注射0、5、10和15d。注射结束的第2天进行免疫学测定。1.4 循环免疫复合物(CIC)测定 按文献进行。1.5 胸腺细胞对ConA刺激的增殖反应测定 见文献。
Thymosin is extracted from the animal thymus immunosuppressive peptides, less reported in the country.
