我国社会福利因为其基础的薄弱,发展空间很大。针对我国目前的福利体系以及我国的基本国情,政府在民众福利建设起到最主导的作用。借用西方福利经济学中补偿检验理论作为阐述该观点的理论背景,对我国社会福利发展现状,进行探讨。
Because of its weak foundation, China’s social welfare has great room for development. In view of the current welfare system in our country and the basic national conditions in our country, the government plays a leading role in the public welfare construction. By using the theory of compensation test in western welfare economics as the theoretical background to elaborate this view, the status quo of social welfare development in our country is discussed.
