测定了液压件弹簧T9A和纺织摇架弹簧1Cr18Ni9钢在不同温度下的应力松弛曲线[1],并对两者进行了比较,说明温度对T9A弹簧应力松弛的影响,通过电镜(TEM)观察研究了松弛过程的亚结构变化。提出了液压件弹簧稳定化的技术方案。
The stress relaxation curves of the hydraulic part spring T9A and the textile cradle spring 1Cr18Ni9 at different temperatures were measured and compared with each other to illustrate the effect of temperature on the stress relaxation of the T9A spring. Sub-structure changes in the relaxation process. Proposed a hydraulic spring stability of the technical program.
