随着改革的深化和利益关系的深刻调整,社会分层加剧,涌现出大量的诸如贫困农民、城市下岗工人、农民工等社会弱势群体。弱势群体的存在,不仅与社会主义的本质和价值追求是相悖的,而且会危及社会的稳定和发展,制约社会主义和谐社会的建设。本文从北京力铲欠薪事件出发,以农民工的权利保护为视角,分析了构建和谐社会条件下关注农民工弱势群体的必要性,并在此基础上提出应对之策。
With deepening of reform and profound adjustment of interest relations, social stratification intensified and a large number of vulnerable social groups such as poor peasants, urban laid-off workers and migrant workers emerged. The existence of the disadvantaged groups not only contradicts the essence of socialism and the pursuit of value, but also endangers social stability and development and restricts the building of a harmonious socialist society. Starting from Beijing Force Shoucaowei incident and peasant workers’ rights protection, this paper analyzes the necessity of paying attention to vulnerable groups of migrant workers under the conditions of building a harmonious society, and on this basis, puts forward countermeasures.
