英美文化在大学英语教学中占据着重要位置,然而在高职英语课堂上的教学质量差强人意。文章试图从文化与语言的关系,特别是围绕日常生活中的中西文化如何影响的差异,和汉语思维对英语表达的影响的角度出发,分析和总结英美文化在高职英语教学中的重要性和培养策略,以期提高师生对英美文化知识的传授与学习的重视,从而推进学生从文化层面上深刻地掌握英语。
Anglo-American culture occupies an important position in college English teaching, however, the quality of teaching in higher vocational English classroom is not satisfactory. The article attempts to analyze and summarize the importance of Anglo-American culture in English teaching in higher vocational colleges from the perspectives of the relationship between culture and language, especially on the differences between Chinese and Western cultures in daily life and the influence of Chinese thinking on English expression. Train tactics, in order to improve teachers and students of English and American cultural knowledge imparting and learning, so as to promote students to profoundly grasp the English language from the cultural level.
