推进供给侧结构性改革是党中央、国务院面对我国经济发展新常态提出的重大决策部署,充分体现了党中央和国务院对我国总体经济运行情况的准确把握。省委六届十次全会通过了《中共海南省委关于以创新为引领推进供给侧结构性改革的实施意见》,这是省委、省政府对党中央、国务院关于供给侧结构性改革战略思想的具体贯彻,也是省委、省政府为提高我省经济发展质量和效益作出的顶层设计和系统部署,是我们加快推进供给侧结构性改革的行动纲领。
Promoting the supply-side structural reform is a major policy decision made by the Central Party Committee and the State Council in the face of the new normal of China’s economic development and fully reflects the accurate grasp of the overall economic performance of our country by the Central Party Committee and the State Council. The Tenth Plenary Session of the Sixth Provincial Party Committee passed the Opinions of CPC Hainan Provincial Committee on Promoting Supply-side Structural Reform Leaded by Innovation, which is the strategic thinking of the Party Central Committee and the State Council on the supply-side structural reform Is also the top-level design and system deployment made by the provincial party committee and government to improve the quality and efficiency of economic development in our province. It is also a program of action for us to speed up the supply-side structural reform.
