第一章总则第一条为维护和监督卫生监测机构依法行使卫生监测职权,准确及时地提供监测数据,根据卫生法律、法规和规章制定本办法。第二条各级卫生防疫站、食品卫生监督检验所、劳动卫生职业病防治所(以下简称卫生监测机构)依法对管辖范围内的食品卫生、劳动卫生、环境卫生、放射卫生.学校卫生、消毒杀虫药(械)等施行卫生监测,都应遵守本办法。第二章采样第三条采样人员事前应做好采样所用
Chapter I General Provisions Article 1 These Measures are formulated in accordance with the laws, regulations and rules on health for the purpose of safeguarding and supervising the health monitoring agencies to exercise their functions of health monitoring in accordance with the law and to provide accurate and timely monitoring data.
