民初剧评家们混合了传统文人、现代知识分子、商人等多重文化品格,是民初特定时代中的特定人物。这种亦新亦旧、亦商亦儒的矛盾混合的文化品格特征决定了他们的戏剧观与文学观:戏剧小道与“主文谲谏”并驱、娱乐与社会功能兼备、文艺价值与商业价值共存。而民初剧论家们之所以形成这样的文化品格及戏剧观念,主要基于三个因素:民国初期的社会格局与社会背景;民初剧评家们的教育背景;民初剧评家们的身份职业以及生存状况等。
Early Republican critics mixed with the traditional literati, modern intellectuals, businessmen and other multiple cultural qualities, is a specific period of the early Republican people. However, the reason why the early stage dramatists formed such ideas of cultural character and drama was mainly based on three factors: the social structure and social background in the early period of Republic of China; the educational background of early period critics; Identity, occupation and living conditions.
