——兰考孤儿事件发生之后,广东民政部门要求各县区要设立孤儿福利机构。揭阳市榕城区民政局为应付省里检查竟到紫峰寺借孤儿充数,经网友曝光后引起了强烈反响。1月14日,榕城区委、区政府向社会公开致歉,同时宣布榕城区民政局局长林响标被免职、榕城区民政局办公室主任被停职检查。
