目的探讨胸腹腔镜联合下食管癌根治术患者的护理方法。方法对33例胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术患者围术期护理要点进行回顾性分析:术前加强心理护理干预,积极呼吸功能锻炼;术后注意观察病情,严密监测生命体征变化,加强引流管护理及呼吸道管理,有效镇痛和正确饮食指导。结果本组病例术中均无转开胸或开腹手术,术后肺部感染2例,颈部切口感染1例,右上肢肱骨骨折1例,经过精心护理后均治愈出院。结论胸腹腔镜联合食管癌根治术是近几年来发展成熟的食管癌微创治疗方法,加强患者的围术期护理,对提高手术成功率、减少术后并发症、促进患者早日康复意义重大。
Objective To investigate the nursing of patients undergoing thoracoscopic laparoscopy combined with radical mastectomy for esophageal cancer. Methods Thirty-three cases of perioperative nursing during thoraco-laparoscopic combined with esophagectomy were retrospectively analyzed. Preoperative psychological nursing intervention and positive respiratory functional exercise were performed. The postoperative condition was observed carefully. Vital signs were monitored closely and drainage tube Nursing and respiratory management, effective analgesia and correct diet guidance. Results In this group of patients, there was no open or open laryngectomy. There were 2 cases of postoperative pulmonary infection, 1 case of neck incision infection and 1 case of right upper extremity humerus fractures. All cases were cured after careful nursing. Conclusions Laparoscopy combined with esophagectomy is a minimally invasive treatment of esophageal cancer that has developed in recent years. It is of great significance to improve the success rate of operation, reduce the postoperative complications and promote the early rehabilitation of patients with esophageal cancer.
