劳动教养制度日益显现缺陷,出现改革甚至废除这种制度的声音。本文在剖析现行劳动教养制度缺陷的基础上,结合实践提出自己的建议,以解决现行劳动教养制度的弊端。
The system of re-education through labor is increasingly flawed, and the voice of reform or even the abolition of such a system appears. Based on the analysis of the defects of the existing system of reeducation through labor, this article puts forward my own suggestions based on the practice so as to solve the defects of the existing system of reeducation through labor.
