我校是一所实行承办制管理模式的学校,全面推行校长负责制、教师聘任制、岗位责任制、结构工资制和经费承包制。我们在学校内部管理过程中,打破传统习惯,破除一般学校管理的三级管理制,即校级领导——职能处室(一般为教导处、总务处、教研处等)——教研组、年级组,推行一种全新的管理结构:取消教导处和总务处,试行分管校长负责制,形成直接管理系统:
